there is no other rom for your box, only stock rom. but u can use another launcher from playstore.

there are 2 versions of t95q box. only the old one that comes with android 8.1 stock rom will work with these roms, coz the new box(with android 9 stock) has a different wifi chip.

i use total commander on my T95Q.You have to install some plugins from playstore (FTP,Lan, wifi...) to copy files over the network. for external drive just open paragon and mount the hdd ,and then just use total commander for copy and paste.

but first just try a factory reset (reset button in AV-slot)

for write permission to external sd or usb on android 8 u need "total commander app" and "paragon ufsd root mounter app" (Google Playstore). it seems that u softbricked ur box (never try to install "superSu app" or somethink like that..) stock firmware and some mod. roms can be found here...
