I have been following the advice as per the first link and this doesn't work. With regard to on line update, apologies that was a typo and I meant offline.

I've been trying for a while, on and off to update the firmware on my imx6. Unfortunately the reboot button being pressed on power up doesn't seem to prevent the box starting as normal. I've seen mention of a blind reboot but not the links to facilitate this. Any suggestions?
