I have done a reset with the vip remote. It will scroll down really quickly but will stop after a few seconds allowing you to click on what you want

Quick update I managed to get the firmware flashed so far so good.

Thanks Chris I'll have another go. Flashed the firmware many times and each time the toothpick method is very hit and miss.

Hi Silently i have received a copy of the above from support. Im having nightmare to get this into recovery or a firmware flash. Used a match and a toothpick button clicks in but still stuck on the droidbox logo. Tried this around 30 times tonight but with no avail.

Hi Is it normal when you come to reset the box it just sticks on the boot screen. Strange thing is if you leave the box unplugged for an hour or so it boots up. Its been happening since day one but its getting more and more annoying

Just checked there I have both of them turned off. I'm going to ring virgin and see if there are any issues as I have just moved from BT and had no problems with them.

Hi. Has anybody had any buffering issues with the super hub 2 from Virgin media? Tried during the day yesterday no buffering but on a night time you can't watch anything. Do I need to open any ports to the imx6? I'm supposed to be on 152mb

Hi I have an Imx6 that for some reason is stuck on boot screen. Tried to get in recovery mode but it's as if the reset button is not working. Tried a match and a toothpick but still no joy. any more suggestions

Hi Device was working great last night but this morning there was no apps working. Powered the box down and restarted but i get a purple screen that lasts for around 2 seconds and then it just goes black. Tried a different HDMI cable and still the same result. Any ideas?
