boot issues es file manager eight key

T8-s-plus v2 When I turn it on, it automatically opens es file manager. Upon exiting es flume manager, I get asked to enter "at least eight key" which...what the hell is that? Upon exiting that w/o entering anything, I start moving through the main menu & it just reboots. I can't do anything...
