4K Ultra HD TV

Anybody else have a problem with 4K settings in the main menu display settings.
On my LG UHD TV if I set the display to any of the 4K settings I get an unstable display.
I can only set it to a maximum of 1080p 60hz.
I also get tearing of the display for a split second every 5 mins or so on the main screen and in xbmc.
