A new buyer of the t8s plus

So I'm trying to get this controller to charge for more then 3 minutes the light goes on saying its charging then it stops. I don't know if the controller is malfunctioning or broken I can figure out how to use it please help thanks ken

Have you tried charging it with the plug from a phone charger?

That's how I charge mine.

Edit:.. sorry didn't look what forum this was in before I replied, not sure if it'll work on the games
controller.
It does work on my PS4 controller though.
