Amazon prime video

Hi I am hoping that someone can help me?

I have installed the Amazon Prime Video APK on my M8 box and it starts up the Amazon Prime application but when I press the view now button it to appears to start to buffer but then returns to the same screen without actually playing the selected film or TV show.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

The linked post is a few months old but i doubt little has changed.
So its likely an incompatibility issue.
Content should be available from many other sources of course.
