Apps switching to Portrait mode

When I run 'some' apps they display sideways on the screen. So they have switched to portrait mode. (But I cannot physically rotate my Television to match them)

Some of the apps are: BeeMovie, YuppTV Live, VidMate, HotStar

I have tried changing the 'Accessibility' setting in Android, but no change.
