Bad quality movies

All the recent movies I have tried to watch are really bad quality. These are movies that are still in the cinema. I have tried a few different links and the quality is the same. Is this normal? I am new to Android boxes

Yes it is normal. They are known as "cam" movies filmed by people with video cameras from the screen in the theatre. As the Oscar season approaches we are likely to see better quality movies as "screener" versions supplied to reviewers make their way onto the web.
