Am in Spain and can access Iplayer on IPad using HSS Elite Hotspot VPN. loaded this onto T8 shows connected via UK however Iplayer comes up with all the time with content is temporarily not available please try later but programme comes up on IPad. Any ideas?

Are you using the BBC's iPlayer Android application, or the add-on within XBMC/Kodi/SPMC?
When using the VPN connection/app, please open a browser and visit http://WhatIsMyIP.com - which country does it place your detected IP address as being? If you then turn off the app or disconnect the connection, and re-visit the same site, does the IP address revert to your true one in Spain?
Not sure if you're connecting via WiFi or not, but the Android app only works when using WiFi.
