Cannot find URL Resolver in Open Elec

I am trying to activate my Real Debrid account for Kodi in Open Elec but cannot find URL Resolver in System addons Dependencies . Any suggestions on how to download this addons.

Thanks for your speedy reply,I have successfully downloaded the latest zip file from the URL you kindly told me about, and have successfully enabled the resolver.
