can't access xbmc

Hi, had box for 3 weeks but finding the experience a little frustrating, especially live sports. Anyway now when I click the xbmc on the homescreen, the screen goes black and nothing happens, I can't access the wizard and get to the add ons.

Should I just restore or any suggestions appreciated.

Try this, go out of Kodi and go to setting( two clogs) then over to other, more setting and then Apps. Now scroll down to Kodi, force stop then clear cache.
Now go and try see if this has worked, if not go to setting, other and more setting again and this time go to storage and check if you gave enough left.
