can't install new add ons

Hi I'm having trouble getting new add ons installed,I get through the install from zip file ok,I then click on "get add ons" and click in the one I'm trying to install and it then doesn't give me anything further,just a blank screen,the only clickable link has 2 dots on it,when I click that it just goes back a screen
Any ideas?

Hi, try hover over the repo you what to install from the get add-ons and press the menu on your remote (C on a keyboard). A menu should come up, press on Froce refresh, then wait for 5 secs then click on it again, if you go into the repo go back and try going in again. It should start spining and refreshing the repo now. This works for all repos, if you keep getting nothing then reinstall the repo from zip. Remember sometimes these repos can be down or even broken.
