casting from phone to box

Just wondered if its possible to send things from my phone to the box like you would with a chromecast? Cheers

If you've either got the media on your phone already, or your phone can access the network device that has these files, then you could use XBMC and Samba sharing, or ES file explorer, the Yatse XBMC remote control (some parts work in the free edition, see https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.leetzone.android.yatsewidgetfree&hl=en_GB ) and make sure the services are turned on - XBMC>System>Services, enable whichever type of remote control access you're using.
A lot of this will depend on your phone's operating system, let us know that and what you're interested in specifically.
