Problem loading Jacquie Lawson ecards to send. When I download Jacquie Lawson ecards, they will not load onto my screen. Notice says "loading please wait" but they do not load. Is my system missing some component, as they loaded well on my last system. I admit I am not computer literate regarding the innards of this system
