Hi
I have had my T2 droidbox for since late 2017.
I am having problems where my TV apps don't work which when that usually happens I just update the apps. But now I am having issues with the other apps such as google chrome and Youtube.
I can now see that I get an error message of connection problems. I am with Virgin Media and I have other devices such as laptops , mobile phone and tablet and I am not experiencing any connectivity issues with these.
Please can someone advise me as I have never had issue with my box before.

Are you connected by wifi or ethernet?
If wifi maybe go into settings and reset the connection like you might do on your phone i.e. "forget" the current connection, refresh the wireless connections, reconnect and re-enter the wifi password

Connected to wifi and I have done all that you have suggested. How long do I need to “forget” the connection for?
