Deleted kodi....help?

I have been trying to update kodi.
On a web page it advised me to first uninstall the old kodi by going into settings,
Then - other - more settings - apps - kodi - uninstall.

This I performed.

Then it advised me to go back to the download folder and click on the new version of kodi to install.
Unfortunately I can not find anything to click on, and I am now without kodi

Can anyone help me get my kodi back?

I'm new to all this android stuff, and I'm usually a nightmare with anything tech !
My system is m8, if that helps.

Please give me step by step instructions, if you can help me.

easiest option will be to download and install Kodi from Google play.

Same way as you would get and install any app from Google play like you would do on a phone or tablet. Good luck. Come back when you have done that and are ready to install some Addons.
