Delivery

Hi,
I ordered a DroidBOX T8-S OpenELEC yesterday morning at 09:26.

Droidbox sent an automated email saying they will contact me with tracking info once it's been despatched.

When I placed the order I was under the impression that it would be shipped yesterday as I ordered before 14:00 with delivery for next day (ie today).

When I try to phone it just goes to a message and nobody answers.

Just wondering if my order will be arriving today

Have you tried emailing, us the contact us at the bottom right of the screen(in the blue line) and see if you get a reply....I hope you receive your box today and enjoy.

It arrived a bit after the thread was created, 11.30am ish I think, that could have been someone else. Replied to your facebook message. If you pressed 1 for General Enquiries, they are also the people busy packing the boxes, sorry for the problems in getting through.

Just for clarity, I'm still awaiting delivery. It's due to be delivered today via parcelforce. I'm a little disappointed that it wasn't delivered yesterday as I'm now going to lose two days work instead of just the one, I had ordered in good time to qualify for the advertised next day delivery. Saying that it's not a major issue and I'm just looking forward to getting my droidbox.

Box arrived, had problem with password. Called tech support and fixed issue straight away. Thank you
