I can access the web and watch videos online but I cannot download anything I've tried different browsers and a factory reset it just won't let me download I just keep getting download unsuccessful please help

Update: I've just noticed that most of the addons are giving the script error message genesis and and online movies work but not much else

Another update: Its saying that I only have 2 gig internal storage with 1.35 available I thought the Q7 had 8 internal the reason I mention this is dolphin browser states that the reason for unsuccessful downloads was insufficient space I am quite literally pulling my hair out lol I love my Q7 and don't know why this has started happening??

I've bought a 32gig SD card and it all appears to work fine now maybe there wasn't enough room for the updates??

Regarding 1.35Gb available from 2Gb, you need to scroll down the Storage page in Android's settings to see both sections. See https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/the-advert-stated-4-or-816gb-rom-i-see-a-lot-less-why-2/ for post on the topic.
The add-ons - is your modem supplied by your ISP? I'm starting to suspect they've pushed out some sort of update to their settings, as we've seen a fair number come to our live chat recently with this sort of issue. If you can spare sometime tomorrow during office hours, grab me on live chat (bottom right corner of http://DroidBOX.co.uk and ask for Chris (me)).
