Can you let us know the video's URL and I'll check for you.
You've got a forum account, so I'm assuming it isn't that.
You've presumably got the username and password for the Wizard.
Is it the Customer login at https://DroidBOX.co.uk ? If so, no requirement for it, though you might find it easier to locate order info etc that way.

Hi my first post , just received my Droid Box T8-S from Amazon and i can't find the user name or password on the recipe , any suggestions . Thanks
You won't need the user id and password on your receipt even if there is one there (although keep a note of any reference numbers).
The user id and password you need to run the wookie wizard and set up your addons is as follows:
