droidbox boot up failure

hi guys i have a problem with my t8 droid box, when its turned on i get the droidbox .co.uk screen and then i get the droid man with the spinning glode in his stomach and that is it, i have tried to do a reset but all i get still is these two screens and boot on the box front. has anyone got any ideas as to what has gone wrong?

Can you let us know which method you used for performing a reset?
If it doesn't match the one listed here - https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/how-to-access-your-droidboxs-recovery-menu/ - can you try again please, and if it doesn't work, please let us know any relevant error messages displayed whilst (re-)attempting the factory reset. (You should see the T8 recovery switch on the side of your device, slightly recessed.

hiya mate the box i have is a t8 v2 i have taken out the power cable and left it for a few seconds, then i have pressed in the reset button on the side where the usb ports are and reconnected the power cable, while doing this i have turned on the droidbox and the only two screens i get is www.droidbox.co.uk and then straight after it says boot on the box and all i get on the screen is the droid man

If you have an SD card or USB device inserted in your T8, can you try the recovery procedure again with those devices/card removed please?
