extreme iptv free or pro compatibility

Hi can anyone help me (many thanks in advance)
i dowloaded extreme pro and extreme free version and bsshare from google play BUT the moment of truth when i ve add the list non of the extreme worked and with a bit of chance bsshare worked for couple of minute and stopped..
the error is: server error: play list is empty! this is in the free version
the error dowloading...error.io.EOFException ...this is for the pro extreme
Any ideas and help please

I will state the problem and hope that may help to find a solution for me please

have you got any idea how to solve it please or can i run a program to fix it???

It may be whatever server the app is connecting to is currently offline and cant get the latest playlist. I would recommend to get in contact with the developers for a clearer answer.

Thanks Dave for the reply but i am sure that the list exist and work fine i ve tryed it on my samsung s7 edge and it's been great...i think somethink to do with the box..some recomand that i run a program to fix issues but personnely i don't have any idea..
