I want to watch expat tv and being that im in Canada will it be geo blocked and if it is is there a vpn programe i can use

you can get most channels from ex pat tv in the FTV add on. you can also go watch ex=pat tv by going to www.filmon .com and register for a free account .Create a username and password. click on the menu abd configure the addon with the username and password and ex pat tv should work
