Firmware Links for T8 Mini Devices - Is it available OTA?

Hi, Just read the post relating to New Firmware - Is this available OTA or is it only to be flashed?? I hate flashing anything and thats why I am asking. Also - what benefits would we as T8 Mini users have in doing this. Hope this dont sound too daft!!

It is the one from March I believe, it is not a new update, just an option for people who can't use the OTA app and haven't yet updated.

Just double checked, February/March this year the firmware was released via OTA.

Hi

Please use OTA updater app from the app list(6 dots icon on the homescreen)where you can check if you are up to date.

Hi, In the firmware link it says 1.1.4-27022017 , so in Device Build or OTA check yours and if you have got the 27022017 build you should be up to date.

Angela, my OTA updates says its already up to date. The build version shows in OTA Updates as : p200_2G-userdebug 6.0.1 MHC19J 20170227 test-keys.
So not sure of its status. It doesnt seem to contain your previous information. Its working fine by the way.
What concerns me if you look back at my older posts with ChrisM regarding the lack of 4k I might have got out of sync and thus miss important updates in the future. Lack of 4k setting is irritating but not a show stopper.
Sorry to be a pain on this.
