Hi everyone, I need assistance for fixing my box i cant do anything its forzen no access to any feature... any advice please

Ok you might have to do the restore button on the side....
Use a tooth pick to push the button in, 1st power off from the back by taking the power plug out. 2nd push the restore button in and hold, now plug the power back in still holding. You should get the recovery menu up now, clear cache and then factory reset, let it boot up and please give it time to update things. It should now be ok, only thing you will have set your box up again as its now back to how it was when you got it.
Please check the back of the power plug before you do this and make sure it reads 5v to 3amps as it different to the T8 witch is 5v to 2.5. Hope this works for you and enjoy.
