Anyone know if Playstore is down? I've been trying to install an app that just keeps saying installing for the past hour. Turned the box off and on again etc and still the same.

Was downloading a few apps from there last night but got kicked out to homescreen a few times, so think it's having problems mate.

Try to clear data or uninstall updates inside Google Play Store and then it shall work.
Here is how to:
From Home screen go into settings>other>more settings>Apps>Google Play store.
After clicking on Google Play Store, clear data and uninstall updates.

Also check the storage of your device.

Hi

If you are using T8-S Plus read below,if not please message us back!!!

Please run OTA updater and update your box.

If you are having ethernet cable conencted,please either use wifi for update or in top right corner options tick off wifi so download could start.

After downloading and applying of new ROM is done reboot is required.

If google play store still does not work that simply means that update was not applied fully so you can do factory reset and once that is done update will work in its best and google play store will work.
