hi guys I have a t8 box and when I click on google play it wont open also it says I need to update google services? yet when I try it wont work I have tried numberous times a factory reset etc and still it wont open google play etc the only way I can get things to work is to download APK files and install them that way? Any ideas how I can get google play and services to work so I can download apps from there? thanks stuart

A couple of non destructive things to try, each in turn.
Go I to android - settings - apps.
Open google play.
Try " clear cache" - see if this has any effect.
If not, go back into settings - apps - google play and this time clear data (note this will remove any of your settings and return them to a default state).
If none of this works, try the same with the google play services app.
