GPD win 3 received yesterday and does not turn on

Hello,
I received my gpd win 3 yesterday and it does not turn on.

I first thought it was discharged, I plugged it in, the charging light is green but the GPD does not turn on.

I pressed the reset button and I did a power cycle but nothing happened.

what should I do?
