And it is so slow, its ridiculous. Going to app tray takes ages to load and frequently get a pop up telling me the launcher has stopped working.Managed to install Crossy Road,took ages to download and install and is unplayable, just keeps stopping and starting.Havent been able to watch a youtube video without constant buffering, if it works at all.This is despite getting 30+MB in Speedtest.Have reset once, made no difference.Do I have a dodgy box?

Can you check for an OTA Update please?

If one is offered, please accept it and select the option to Wipe Data and Install.
If you happen to have a Virgin supplied modem, would you mind also restarting that please.

If there isn't a newer OTA update than the firmware you have in place already, can you temporarily switch to a network cable instead of WiFi. Let us know if performance is still the same after that. If it is, have a read of https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/justice-or-equality/ and use the WiFi Analyzer app mentioned there to check for congestion on your modem's currently selected WiFi channel.
