Having Wifi issues.

Hi about a month ago i was at my parents house when my T8 dropped its wifi connection, its a virgin media router and the SSID ends in 4g, every time i tried to connect it looped when trying to obtain the IP address but my laptop connects fine. Eventually i tried a SSID ending in 5g and it was able to connect to that.

I came back to my house and its been in my bag ever since, until last night when i tried to connect to BT Open Zone and had the same problem i really don't know what to do, turning wifi off and on doesn't work neither did a factory reset.

Any Ideas?? Thanks all, Rob

Hello folks .
I'm also having a bit of a chew with wifi on my t8 box. The unit sits less than 2 meters from my infinity box. But I'm struggling to get 8 or 9 meg down load. I carry out a speed test on my lap top in the same room and i have 30 meg download.
I have all the protection disabled in bt infinity.
Is there some other tric for this.

Hi, I find the T8 and T8s has this problem with wifi. I always find the Ethernet cable best and more reliable to and if its only less then 2 meters away give it ago.
