HDMI stops working on X7 Ultimate

The HDMI output of my X7 Ultimate stops working, my TV reports no signal. I have to restart the X7, and sometimes this still does not clear up the HDMI output problem, get a distorted output. I found that disconnecting and then reconnecting the HDMI cable sometimes helps. Can you please tell me how to resolve this issue.

Rico, please try using a different HDMI cable if you have one from some other equipment, and if your TV has more than one HDMI socket, try swapping over. If that doesn't help, please try using a different TV.
