Help! Don´t can connect wifi

Hello, my name is Pepi.
I have a problem, my DROIBOX MXQ does not connect to the WIFI. The option to activate wifi appears in OFF, and when I give it to activate ON it does not scan any wifi network. How can I solve it?
At first I did not operate the remote, but the WIFI worked.
I installed a software for the control to operate, but now what does not work is the wifi. Please, I would like you to help me.

Try uninstalling the software to see if it works again, or even try a factory reset.

Is your box from droidBOX, as they don't give out firmware you have to send it back normally.
If it's from another company then you would need get in touch with them as putting the wrong one on can brick your device.
