Help my T8 box is stuck in booting mode.

I have tried disconnection from modem,tv and unplugged the box then tried to rest but got no joy there. Anyone got any ideas on how to sort this please

In the side of the T8 is a reset button press this and hold, you should get the reboot menu up now just clear cache and reboot see if this helps you.
