help please

A few problems if anyone can help.
1 box keeps showing add-on has been marked as broken in repository
2 when watching tv box just goes back through start up mode
3 Have lost everything 2 or 3 times and gone back to when i first opened box and turned it on

1) The add-on may require the Gotham build of XBMC to work, the author may have updated the code and it now relies on features not found in Frodo. If you don't use the add-on, disable it. If you use(d) the add-on a lot, let us know the name and we'll see if there is an alternative that still works with Frodo
2) Which XBMC add-on or Android app are you using to watch TV, and when you say start up mode, do you mean the iMX6 completely restarts?
3) Can you run through the procedure here please - https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/how-to-access-your-droidboxs-recovery-menu/ - (you'll need a matchstick or something thin, sturdy and non-metallic). We'll see if that fixes the problem, it may be some data has become corrupted and the device stops misbehaving once factory reset.
