Help, t8-s plus can't install any builds

Hi Everyone,

Just received my droidbox t8-s plus yesterday but having issues, I'm new to this, i have loaded builds onto mac before but thats about my experience with kodi. I can add source, say wookie as per instructions with droidbox, follow the instruction all the way until i select, programs, add-ons,rookie, then there's nothing to install this happens with every build I try, any help would be appreciated.

kodi 16.1-rc2

Maybe isp parental controls or BT smart set up need disabling

Sorry i have looked through the post but couldn't find an answer, my BT smart is disabled, Thanks for the reply.
