Help! Needed with the initial setup for kodi droidbox just purchased. Cannot seem to get it to work at all.

1 can't download from repositories
2 unable to connect to network server

We are prepared to pay for someone to setup for us as we are not good on computers and have spent hours trying.

There have been significant issues recently due to a major Kodi addon source (tvaddons) quitting.
Have a look at the koditips web site which has some excellent advice on how to install some of the remaining and new Addons.
