How Do I Get My Order ID If Ordered through US Amazon?

Hi, I'd like to register my two minis in order to get one-on-one support, but I'm a US customer who ordered the boxes via US Amazon. So, no order ID other than the Amazon order. How, then, do I register?

If any problem do comes up you can always contact us on [email protected] by providing us amazon order ID together with your problem that you are experiencing with your box or a simple how to question .

Currently live support is done through either phone line(top left corner on our website)and live chat(bottom right corner on our website)monday to friday 10AM to 5:30PM.
