How to change start up menu to standard android home screen

Hi there, can anyone tell me how i change the startup screen on my T8 to the standard Android one? Not the one that has SETTINGS in the top right hand corner?

@Foz72 - the exact launcher to use will depend on your tastes and the type of remote control you use, but open the Play Store app, then search for
Go Launcher Ex
Next
Nova
You can install a few and try them out for a more stock Android launcher look. Don't select the ALWAYS option until you're certain the interface and controls work well.
