I often get the machine freezing and need to do a hard reset. Sometimes when closing down it come up with a blue screen and a windows video error any help?
Also, there's a possibility that the RAM itself is borked in some way. Check what RAM is inside the unit, and if it's KingSpec, I would consider purchasing some new RAM to test and be sure.

Thank you for your reply. I am also having trouble displaying on two screens as the unit does not see the second screen. Could this be RAM related? What is the maximum Ram I can add to the CK2? I bought the unit in 2020 so probably out of warranty? I gues the RAM is KingSpec is there a problem with that type of RAM?
Hola no es la RAM a mi también se congela los dos dispositivos que obtuve ya que pedí un remplazo, el equipo es malo malo malo malo malo y probablemente se la placa mal diseñada o bien los gráficos, apenas lo uso y de 10 encendidos se congela dos
