when i plug in my imx6 box the two screens the white then the green with the logo on then goes to the flashing x but does nt go any futher. i have tried the reset with the toothpick , nothin happens does the same even downloaded boot software still the same any idea what to do please !!!

Can I check a few basics...
When you insert the toothpick, it is in the socket marked AV, yes? Can you feel/hear a slight click if you listen carefully?
You're holding the switch down before you re-attach the power plug and turn on the device, and keeping it kept in the whole time?
