iMXQpro V2 file manager

Just bought imxqqpro v2, and Can not appear to create new folders in external drives. All the menus are there, and I am following the menu instructions, when I press ok no folders appear no error messages.

The external drives are not new and worked fine on my old droid box yesterday.

Any suggestions

If you haven't already, can you pop over to our main website 10am-5.30pm Monday-Friday and be with your device? If you start a live text chat with us, we can go over the settings in ES File Explorer or your preferred File Manager and check what the problem could be.
