Hello i got my imx6 box for Christmas everything was working abit slow but working and as of last night it just keeps crashing out.. It turns off and on then gets stuck on the x load up...I've reset the box but the problem still remains...It's frustrating i don't know what to do.. I feel like giving up on droid box... Nothing works xmbc showbox nothing... Does the box need updating or hard resetting please help thanks barnes

I'd first try a Factory Reset - https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/how-to-access-your-droidboxs-recovery-menu/ - just in case some critical file to the Android operating system has become corrupted. If that doesn't help, please contact us - http://www.droidboxforums.com/threads/what-to-include-if-you-need-to-e-mail-us.364/ - and we'll get the device sorted for you one way or another.
