There are some add-ons available in XBMC, as well as even more unofficial streams available from some add-ons, but if you want to try the native Android applications from the broadcasters, read on...

BBC/ITV/Channel 4/Channel 5 - The official BBC iPlayer streams are available through the iPlayer add-on in XBMC (highlight the Videos menu in XBMC, then select Add-ons). You can check the BBC , ITV , Channel 4 , Channel 5 and TVCatchUp apps in Google's Play Store.
These can be installed by opening the Play Store app on your device and searching for what you want, or click those links on your PC, sign in with your Google account, click install, and you will find the apps install the next time your DroidBOX is turned on.

If you want to watch ITV channels live, rather than catching up with previously broadcast episodes, it is possible. The Android application does not allow this at all (ITV charge extra per month to allow live streams on their iPad/iPhone application), however you can watch live streams via their website. You will need to install the Dolphin browser, open it up, and switch it to Desktop Browsing mode. When you visit ITV's ITV Player website, and try to view a live stream, you'll see a message you can click on. The Dolphin authors have linked to an APK (application installation file) over at the XDA forum. Follow their instructions, install the modified Flash app, and you'll be able to watch the ITV channels!
