You shouldn't need to as it is auto installed in any Kodi or dbmc install. Unless you've deleted it accidentally. In which case, the official Kodi repo, which should already be on your machine

Re YouTube on Kodi 17 (assuming you're using the default skin)
Load Kodi
Click the Add-ons entry
Click the open cardboard box icon, almost top left of screen
Install from Repository
Kodi Add-on Repository
Video Add-ons
Click UP twice (to jump to bottom of list)
Click YouTube and then install

Well just look for the my Addons section in settings then. All will be revealed.
