Installing Kodi

Hi guys I have tried installing Kodi on both my IMX6 boxes to no avail. Kodi installs ok, but when I try to run it I get a message saying "superuser access denied". Then a blank screen with just the mouse icon. If anyone knows a way round this your advice would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Can you let us know the exact filename of the Kodi APK you're using, and also install Joeykrim's Root Checker app from the Play Store, and let me know what it says when you click the Verify button?

I have installed MX Box firmware on it now and Kodi works perfectly.

Did you have to turn of hardware accelartion?

No it's working perfectly with it on. Up to now not one thing has buffered. It's really working well far better than Gotham.
