I bought an RG-350 from Droix.

I think I may have a faulty device. I flashed Rogue Firmware 1.7.9.9 and then 1.7.9.9R because the Rogue Connect keeps flickering.

That seemed to fix the issue, but I’ve noticed that when I play a game in for example Beebem (BBC Micro ) the screen fades out to a black blank screen.

Also the clock can’t keep time and when I set it and save play a game then switch off, a few hours later I switch on the RG-350 and the time is wrong.

Any suggestions

Thank you in advance.

Was it working before you installed the custom firmware?

The BBC emulator is part of the custom firmware so unfortunately I can not guarantee it will work. Does it do it with other emulators?

There is no a real time clock on the RG350, so you can set a time and it will update in real time, but when the device is switched off it will not update.

Yes it was, however it also could be I'm using a 200gb sd card, maybe its causing it to malfunction?

I'm going to put a 128gb card in to see if that makes a difference.

Up to 128GB is supported and what we recommend as the highest. I have heard mixed reports on higher ones, but I have not personally tried any.
