Just cant get T8 to work

Im so dissapointed, bought this and i can hardly get any streams to work. Genesis, phoenix, navi x just don't work even with resets.

I got it working once properly after 2 weeks of emails. Any one else had similar problems and got answers on how to fix it.

I know its not my provider as i have kodi working off my phone and it works fine.

Just thought i would get a box and stop using my phone.

Can any one help.

Had no problem with mine.
Streams come and go but you can usually find one that works.
The T8 is much better than the M8 I had previously.
Hope you get it sorted.
