I've had some problems with my new box. I've been in touch with support & we've concluded that my box is flawed. I've been instructed to send the box to a guy named Kirill T. in Reston Va.
I'm just wondering if anyone here has had to do the same thing. I don't want to send this thing off to find out I just lost it to a ghost.
