Kodi threats in paper and legal fight etc

Just wondering after reading in paper about them not going after pre loaded boxes now and individual streams but servers and kodi itself!!! Im a bit of a newb and was wondering how worried about my droidbox not being able to use kodi anymore? Or am i worrying about nothing as kodi is open source i believe and in that way cant be stopped? Sorry if its a stupid question apoligies in advance thanks

Preloaded boxes are loaded with illegal channels. Kodi alone with authentic channels is not a problem. These preloaded boxes are now banned in UK.
