On the Launcher - Homescreen, why can I not have the latest Kodi version (17.6 in my Android Apps) open instead of DBMC, also why can I not install the skin Xonfluence in DBMC. Confluence is rubbish.
You can create a short cut for kodi on the home screen.
On all these default launchers on all boxes the other content is fixed.
I use the nova launcher from google play store which is fully configurable.
Regarding xconfluence you might be able to download from the kodi repository if it is compatible with spmc which dbmc is based on.
